MATERIALS/PACKAGING
Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, all pieces are made using style specifications with regard to subtle nuances. Slight variations are to be expected from the online image. If you would prefer exact sized matching mugs it is highly recommended to purchase multiples so I can best match them together or if unavailable place a custom order via email. Regardless, please understand this is a one person studio where exactness and precision is considered as much as possible, however, handmade items should be celebrated for their unique characteristics.

Clays are certified commercial non-toxic, lead-free from the US. All glazes are mixed and fired to the designated temperatures for ideal vitrification using an electric oxidation based kiln without luster contamination.

All items are packed by hand with mostly paper based materials. On occasion previously used boxes and or plastic based cushioning will be used for product packaging to accommodate the size, protect it from damage in an effort of sustainability and therefore maintain an affordable shipping cost for the customer.
SHIPPING
Items will be shipped within 2 business days. Most items ship via USPS Priority mail and are delivered 2 to 3 business days from date of shipping. Shipments to the west coast and larger items are shipped via USPS ground and may take 5 to 10 business days from date of shipping. For all international orders, please use the contact form to send me the items you would like to order along with your exact address so that I can include estimated shipping costs with your invoice.
PAYMENTS / RETURNS
Acceptable forms of payments include Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.

All sales are final. In the event of a damaged or broken piece due to shipping, please send a message via the contact page with your Name and Order within 2 days of item receipt. A refund and/or replacement (if available) may be assessed and issued accordingly.
